1. Our Core Policy: All Sales are Final
Due to the unique and spiritual nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any products once they are purchased. We encourage you to choose your products carefully before placing an order.
2. Understanding Our Products: Natural Variations
Many of our items, including crystals, Rudraksha, gemstones, and handcrafted products, are derived from natural sources. As such, they possess unique and individual characteristics.

Color, Size, and Appearance: Please be aware that the size, color, shape, and texture of the product you receive may vary from the photographs shown on our website.
- Natural Inclusions: Natural stones and items may have inclusions, blemishes, or cracks. These are not defects but are an integral part of the product's natural character and journey.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that these natural variations are not grounds for a return or exchange.
3. Exception: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take utmost care in ensuring your products reach you safely. However, in the rare and unfortunate event that you receive an item that is damaged in transit, has a significant manufacturing defect, or is incorrect (not what you ordered), we are here to help.
To be eligible for a resolution, you must adhere to the following process:

Notification Window: You must contact us at lifeved456@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please include your Order ID in the subject line.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must provide a clear, single, un-interrupted video of you opening the package. The video must clearly show the shipping label on the sealed package, the process of opening it, and the damaged or incorrect item(s) inside.
- Verification: Our team will review the video and your claim. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.
If your claim is verified and approved, we will, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement of the same item. No monetary refunds will be issued.
4. Non-Returnable Items & Services
This no-return policy applies to all items on our website, including but not limited to:
- Crystals, Bracelets, Rudraksha, and Yantras
- Vastu and Pooja Items
- All Digital Products (e.g., Online Courses, E-books)
- All Services (e.g., Consultations)
- All courses and other types of products sold on this website.
5. Order Cancellations
An order may be cancelled only if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at lifeved456@gmail.com. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
